Neptune 500

The 1st annual Neptune 500 went off on Saturday July 21st without a hitch. We had over 20 teams enter which made for intense head to head racing. It was Kyle and Nick who took home top honors as the first champions of the Neptune 500. The after party was amazing and we were asked to leave Cap'n Keno's for "celebrating" a little too hard, but they weren't too bummed on us. I had so much fun I was already looking forward to next year's race 5 minutes after crossing the finish line. If you din't make it this year you should mark your calendars now for next years event.

It's true, we all need to try our best to drive a little less. This is my favorite sticker ever! I have a stack in my car to remind not only others, but myself as well. Walk to get coffee, ride your bike to work or just skate to 7-11. I'm guilty of driving too much, but I am doing my best to cut back on that. PUSH MORE. DRIVE LESS.

Preparing for the Neptune 500

I have been eating lots of carbs and drinking lots of water in preparation for the upcoming Neptune 500. My teammate Mikey and I went shopping for our team uniform yesterday. The lady at Boot Barn wasn't to stoked on us. I bought an ascott to wear as a head band. She asked me if I knew how to tie it, I got scared and said yes. She gave me a once over with here eys and said, "You don't look like you do." Pretty amazing.

Mike Z makes the best inspiration books. I could look at them for hours and they never good old. I found this picture in my phone today and it reminded me of how I want to steal them for my coffee table.

Neptune 500

This is what everyone has been waiting for. The Neptune 500 has been made official and the flyer has been completed. This is going to be a test of strength and endurance. Only the strong will survive..........but everyone will have FUN!!!!!!!!!!!
