Made the trip once again to Peoria, AZ for the Wild in the Parks Championships. This is the only free contest I know of that has a $20,000 cash purse for the champs. Kids these days are getting way to good for their own good.

There's all sorts of good stuff going on in Arizona this weekend. On Saturday come out to Peoria and watch the Championships of the Wild in the Parks contest series. It's only supposed to be a mellow 103 degrees out there! No big deal.
Then on Sunday come wash off all the excitement of the Champs in the Salt River. Bring a couple six packs and your favorite floaty toy and lets party on the river!

First a book and now a movie? Todd is the man and can get away with that. His life story will be available for all to see at La Paloma Theater in Encinitas on September 24th at 8pm. If you know Todd you know this should be pretty damn entertaining.

Volcom to Paradise

Volcom Sandwich in Nice Try

Transworld hosted a night of shred films this past Wednesday night. Volcom had a strong showing in Get Real and Nice Try, but it was Nice Try that really stood out to me. Zac Marben started things off with the opener, Wille Yli-Luoma held down the middle and the one and only Seth Huot had the ender! To see the deication that seth has to snowboarding and "nailing the shot" you just have to watch the first clip in his section.

Do you like Bee's?

If you do you should have come stayed at my house the last few days. We had a bee infestation in the attic. The bee expert came and spayed poison into the attic then blocked their entry vent on the outside of the house. Those smart little buggers found a hole in a light fixture in the kitchen and came in all hot high on poison. This pile is about a 1/4 of the dead bees I vacuumed up with the Shop Vac. It was like Discovery Channel in my kitchen.

News Flash!!! Hargrave Gets a Job!

For those of you who don't know Ryan Hargrave let me give you the run down. He has spent the last 10 years of his life trying to beat the system and not get a real job. He has done it all and chances are you have bought something from him on eBay. He spent numerous summers "Sponsored by Arnold" aka unemployment and working on his tan. Well I am sad to report that he came into my office dressed to the 9's after a hard day at the office! Good luck my firend.
